PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely scrape off the oil adhered to the inner peripheral surface of a cylinder by a lip part, by increasing the trackability of an oil ring body and the lip part to the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder. SOLUTION: In this oil ring structure of a piston, an oil ring 13 is stored in a lower recessed groove 12c, formed at the position apart farthest from the top face of the piston among a plurality of ring-shaped recessed grooves 12b, 12c formed in the outer peripheral surface of the piston 11, and the outer peripheral surface of the oil ring is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 15. A guide member 14, with substantially C-shaped longitudinal cross section is stored in the lower recessed groove, and the oil ring body 16 and a coiled spring 17 are stored in a guide member movably, relative to the guide member. The ends of the pair of guide side pieces 14b, 14c of the guide member are projected from the lower recessed groove in a range where they will not be brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder. The lip parts 18, 19 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the oil ring body are projected from the guide member and are brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder.
