PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite yarn of filament yarn and staple fiber, composed of an elastic yarn, a polyamide multifilament and a polyamide spun yarn and giving a cloth having high stretchability, light weight and heat retaining property. SOLUTION: The composite yarn composed of filament yarns and staple fibers has a structure obtained by covering the circumference of an elastic yarn placed at the core part with a polyamide multifilament and a polyamide spun yarn composed of a polyamide staple fiber having a hollowness of≥10% and≤60%.
