摘要 <p>The elasticity and viscosity distributions of an object of measurement are measured without contact, non-invasively and simply by using Brillouin scattering light. A measuring light generated from a light source unit is applied to an object of measurement (6) from a light probe (3), and a scattered light is received by the light probe (3). A control computer (4) analyzes the optical spectrum of the scattered light received by the light probe, calculates at least one of the central frequency and line width of an elastic wave scattered component as visco-elastic information, and outputs the visco-elastic information as image information in association with a position in the measurement object area (601) of the object of measurement. The position information on the measurement object area of the object of measurement is obtained by photographing the light spot of a guide light with a camera (302) provided to the light probe (3).</p>
