A turn fin type condenser and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a turn fin with aluminum not requiring surface coating, and carrying out hemming for an inner part of the turn fin for preventing damage of the turn fin or a tube wound with the turn fin when winding the turn fin on the tube. A turn fin type condenser includes a tube(100) of which an outer surface is coated with Galvalume for preventing corrosion, and a turn fin(200) formed of aluminum and wound on the outer surface of the tube. The turn fin has an inner part(210) treated by hemming, for reducing friction between the tube and the turn fin to prevent damage of the Galvalume coating of the tube and deformation or cracks of the turn fin. |
