<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflective film capable of exhibiting desired antireflective performance over a wide antireflective wavelength range and also exhibiting sufficient surface strength. <P>SOLUTION: The antireflective film of the present invention is an antireflective layer which has at least one low-reflective-index layer and is characterized in that: the low-refractive-index layer has pores of ≥25 nm in pore size by ≥10% of all pores and fluorine atoms are present on the surface of the antireflective film; or the low-refractive-index layer has pores, pores having pore sizes ≥3 times as large as particle sizes of primary particles constituting the low-refractive-index layer are ≥10% of all the pores, and fluorine atoms are present on the surface of the antireflective film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
