<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for stabilizing a power interconnection system capable of stabilizing the system by installing a DC power transmission interconnection (BTB) in a system interconnection line at the time of the system interconnection between a power distribution system of a power company, and a small-scale power system having a small distributed power supply and a load, including a system interconnection control device which gives a command to the BTB and the control object power supply of the small-scale power system so as to control a power flow. <P>SOLUTION: The frequency of the power distribution system and the small-scale power system is detected. The frequency is separated into a long period component and a short period component. A command is given to the BTB and the small distributed power supply of the small-scale power system so that the long period component may be kept constant and may not be passed therethrough. On the other hand, for the short period component, the power flow which passes through the BTB is calculated by the operation. A signal is transmitted to the BTB and the small-scale power system so as to keep the power flow for every 30 minutes at zero or constant. This enables to stabilize the power flow at the system interconnection point between the power distribution system and the small-scale power system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
