<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying apparatus suitable for carrying and storing multiple front mask units without involving complicated work such as packing work and unpacking work. <P>SOLUTION: This carrying apparatus HS is provided with a lower support part 60 aligned into a plurality of rows in the right/left inside a casing 40, a rear support part 70 engaged with the rear parts of the front mask units 20 supported by the lower support part and suppressing the swinging in the right/left direction, and a front support part 80 provided in the inner side of a door member 50 in the casing front face, engaged with the front part of the front mask unit with a door closed and coacting with the rear support part 70 to suppress the movement in the front/rear direction of the front mask unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
