<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating tube for an LNG vaporizer having excellent corrosion and damage prevention effect and erosion-resistant characteristic on the surface of an Al alloy heating tube even when it is disposed on the lower part of a panel or on a lower header on which oxide film is hard to be formed due to its increased cooling load and an vaporizer using the heating tube. <P>SOLUTION: In this heating tube 3a for the LNG vaporizer on which an Al alloy corrosive film is formed, an LNG flows therein, seawater is supplied onto the outer surface thereof, and the seawater exchanges heat with the LNG to vaporize the LNG. The Al alloy film containing 0.3 to 3.0 mass% Zn and/or Mn, 0.3 to 3.0 mass% Zn + Mn, and 0.3 to 5 mass% Mg is formed as the corrosive film. A sacrificing corrosion prevention effect with excellent erosion-resistant characteristic and well durability can be provided to the outer surface of the heating tube on the lower side of the panel U and the outer surface of the lower header 2 where corrosive damage tends to occur in a low temperature range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
