PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera and program capable of carrying out camera shake correction by using an imaging device of a size corresponding to the lens performance. SOLUTION: When the camera shake correction function is set to ON (step S7-1), a control section executes CCD exposure processing and also generates a CCD drive signal to shift a CCD in accordance with a blur sensing value received from an attitude sensor and shifts the position of the CCD in X and Y directions perpendicularly to the optical axis of the lens to execute the camera shake correction (step S7-2). Then the control section 50 makes the CCD 32 output an imaging signal by utilizing the inside of a camera shake correction available range (step S7-3). Further, when the camera shake correction function is set to OFF, the control section 50 fixes the CCD to its middle position to execute the exposure processing of the CCD 32 and makes the CCD 32 output an imaging signal by using whole the CCD area (step S7-5).
