PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film label for a bottle having favorable perforation opening property. SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable polyester-based film label for a bottle is characterized in that: a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film showing 20% to 95% heat shrinkage in a main shrinking direction after immersed in hot water at 85°C for 10 seconds is formed into a cylindrical or bag-like body; the cylindrical or bag-like body is provided with perforation from its open edge in a vertical direction; and the interval of the perforation is controlled to give a higher density of holes near at least one edge.
