PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure valve in the capacitor armored with a laminated film for assuring safe operation even if an internal pressure thereof is low. SOLUTION: The capacitor comprises an anode terminal and a cathode terminal led out from the capacitor element, accommodates such anode and cathode terminals of the capacitor element 2 to be extended to the external side with a metal film and a laminating film 4 providing a metal layer and an insulating resin layer at both surfaces of the metal layer, and seals the external circumferential part of the laminating film 4 with the thermal fusing. The pressure valve is formed by providing a resin film 10 having the condensed peeling property through the thermal fusing between the laminating films 4 to a part of the external circumferential part of the thermally fused laminating film 4.
