PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delta-sigma modulation circuit capable of transmitting a dither signal to a quantizer reliably. SOLUTION: The delta-sigma modulation circuit comprises an integrator for outputting an integration signal obtained by integrating an input signal; a dither circuit for repeatedly performing the output and reset of a dither signal; and the quantizer for performing quantization, based on the integration signal and the dither signal. The dither circuit resets the dither signal after the quantization is completed, based on a quantization signal for indicating the result of quantization outputted from the quantizer.
