PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deformation of a fuel injection valve when attaching a clamp, in fixing structure of the fuel injection valve. SOLUTION: In the fixing structure, the fuel injection valve 1 is attached to a cylinder head 2 while pushing the fuel injection valve 1 against the cylinder head 2 with a clamp crossing over the cylinder head 2 and the fuel injection valve 1. Recess parts 12 are formed to one of the clamp 3 and the fuel injection valve 1, and projection parts 32 are formed to the other. At least a part of each projection part 32 is depressed into each recess part 12 and is positioned when the fuel injection valve 1 is attached to the cylinder head 2, the recess parts 12 formed in the fuel injection valve 1 are mutually symmetric wit respect to a center axis of the fuel injection valve 1, and all of distances from a portion of the clamp 3 in contact with the cylinder head 2 to a portion of the clamp 3 in contact with the fuel injection valve 1 is equal.
