PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-wrinkle mechanism of a sheet beautifully installed on an inner face part of a form without creases by everybody. SOLUTION: The anti-wrinkle mechanism for the sheet is provided with an outlet 4 for leading an end of the sheet 5 on an inner face of the form 2 outside the form 2 and a rotatable shaft body 8 which takes up the sheet 5 led out from the outlet 4. The shaft body 8 is tilted about any position in a longitudinal direction, and the creases on the upper and lower margin sides of the sheet 5 are stretched by carrying out tilting operation while imparting take-up and tensile force to the sheet 5 through rotation of the shaft body 8. The anti-wrinkle mechanism of the sheet 5 is provided with locking mechanism 11, 12 which lock rotational action and tilting action of the shaft body 8 in a state that the creases of the sheet 5 are stretched.
