PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit notification information generated on on the basis of information input by a detection device in a timing suitable for each transmission destination. SOLUTION: This information transmitting device is provided with: a storage part for storing a service filter table in which transmission destination and a transmission type for storing a transmission timing are stored so as to be associated with each other; a notification information generating part for generating notification information, based on information input from a reader which has detected an active tag; and a transmission processing part for transmitting the generated notification information to the transmission destination associated with the transmission type according to the transmission timing to be determined by the transmission type of the service filter table.
