PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of properly maintaining temperature of an electronic element by sufficiently securing flow volume of the air around a circuit board while miniaturizing the liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: A capacitor 9 and a capacitor 10 are mounted by arranging on a straight line so that the capacitors are approximately overlapped when viewing from the vertical direction at a use state of a matrix type liquid crystal display device 1 as shown in a fig 2 on a printed circuit board 2. Thus, sufficient flow passage area for air flow which flows along the surface of the printed circuit board 2 is secured, the flow volume of the air flow which flows along the surface of the printed circuit board 2 is sufficiently made large and temperature of an electronic element, for example, a CPU 11 with comparatively low operation guarantee temperature is maintained within a proper temperature range.
