摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-correcting control device for making a tilting device of a bell-less blast furnace to form a layer of a raw material into a stable thickness, and for preventing an inadequate formation of a layer thickness in the furnace by the tilting device, which causes a trouble (such as bridging in a charging bunker and an abnormal closing and opening operation of a raw material control gate) during the charge of the raw material and aggravates a furnace condition. SOLUTION: This controlling method comprises the steps of: making a certain section calculate the thickness of the layer in real time on the basis of a weight change during charging the raw material and the swing speed/tilting angle 7 of a tilting device 5 and estimate an actual thickness of the layer; making another section calculate a deviation from the thickness of the layer in a schedule data; and making a programmable controller 21 automatically correct and control a tilting angle 7 in real time during charging the raw material, without using a host computer S9.
