PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surely washing a photo-fabricated cured body in order to solve the problem that when the photo-fabricated cured body formed by a photo-fabrication method is washed, an uncured resin liquid is left, with the photo-fabrication product/minute making, the accuracy improvement of the internal space of the photo-fabrication product has been difficult and a method for producing a photo-fabrication product high in photo-fabrication accuracy. SOLUTION: The method for producing the photo-fabrication product includes a process for producing the photo-fabricated cured body 2 by irradiating a photo-curable resin and a process in which an absorption body 4 having a property to absorb liquid by a capillary phenomenon is contacted with the photo-fabricated cured body 2 to make an uncured resin liquid 3 be absorbed by the absorption body 4.
