PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna and lower half body washing apparatus enabling the lower half body of a bedridden patient to be washed and dried while he/she is lying still. SOLUTION: An waterproof bag (1), which can tightly attach to the abdomen and cover as far as the toes of the patient who remains lying, has a fastener (2) for putting on and taking off at the center of the bag; has an insertion fastener (6) on a parallel surface; has water-repellent urethane foam (7) attached to the inside of the bag in order for a hot water hose nozzle to be inserted by an electric pump or the like to pour hot water for washing and for the nozzle insertion fastener to be opened to tightly attach the bag for washing the lower body; a U-shaped airbag (11) is separated vertically and connected to connect to the washing bag at a connected part using a surface fastener (8) in order to put on the washing bag for draining water to a drain water receiving container at the connected part via a drain hose (10) through a plug hole (9) at the bottom end of the bag tightly attached to the abdomen; and is developed by pressing air into the bag through two back-flow valves alternately by using an air pump or the like.
