PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain power reduction of driving force and miniaturization of a winch. SOLUTION: At an electric winch for getting on and off of a wheelchair provided in a cabin of a vehicle equipped with a slope for getting on and off of the wheelchair, in a guiding path X of a drawing member 5 drawn out and wound by a winding shaft 7, friction wheels 9 and 10 which pinches and guides the drawing member 5 by pressing it are provided. By driving at least one of the friction wheels 9 in a forward and backward rotatable manner, the drawing member 5 can be drawn out and pulled in with driving force smaller than that required in a conventional drum winding driving system.
