PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter that solves operation defects of operation mechanism, operation link mechanism, etc., positioned at a side faced to the traveling machine body of a seedling stand, reduction in durability, etc. SOLUTION: The rice transplanter is equipped with a seedling planting apparatus 4 connected to the rear end of the traveling machine body and a cover member 80 at a face faced to the traveling machine body 3 of the seedling planting apparatus 4. The upper part of the cover member 80 is fixed to a strut 63 supporting the seedling stand 15 movably laterally right and left and the lower part of the cover member 80 is fixed to a laterally facing main frame 19 for connecting the front ends of planting transmission cases 20.
