The engine (1) has a secondary air loader (10), which is driven by partial flow rate of an inlet manifold, and discharges fresh air into an exhaust gas guidance of a combustion chamber (4) of the engine. The loader has a single rotor (13), which is driven in a section using the flow rate, and discharges another flow rate in another section. The two sections are formed between a form path of pump chamber and the rotor supported in the chamber.
