摘要 <p>A method and a device for withdrawing molybdenum oxide from spent desulfurization catalyst are provided to withdraw molybdenum oxide from spent desulfurization catalysts containing molybdenum by heating and sublimating the spent desulfurization catalysts. A device for withdrawing molybdenum oxide from spent desulfurization catalysts includes a storing tank(1) of desulfurization catalyst, a heating furnace(5), a sublimating furnace(9), a first cooling unit(30), a collecting tank(31), a second cooling unit(20) for treating volatile substances, and sulfur dioxide neutralization units(22,23). Spent desulfurization catalyst is injected into a hopper from the storing tank and primarily heated at a temperature in the range from 500‹C to 700‹C for evaporating volatile substances such as sulfur and sulfur dioxide and simultaneously converting MoS_2 in the spent desulfurization catalyst into molybdenum oxide. The volatile substances are inhaled into the second cooling unit. The molybdenum oxide, from which the volatile substances are removed, is injected into the hopper and secondarily heated in the sublimating furnace at a temperature in the range from 700‹C to 1000‹C, so that the molybdenum oxide is selectively sublimated. The sublimated molybdenum oxide is inhaled through a duct(8) and residues thereof are stored in a residue storing tank(11). The molybdenum oxide is cooled by the first cooling unit and collected in the collecting tank in the shape of powder.</p>
