A neutral-point terminal device for use with a neutral point side bundle (3) of wires (4) in a polyphase winding (2) of a dynamoelectric machine (13) includes a metal sleeve (5) and an insulating cap (11) covering the metal sleeve (5). The metal sleeve (5) is covered by the insulating cap (11) so that distal ends (4a) of the bundled neutral point side wires (4) remain in an interior of the metal sleeve (5). The metal sleeve (5) is then pressurized thereby to be deformed so as to be secured to the distal ends (4a) of the bundled wires (4).
