Mesenchymal stem cells isolation and expansion method and uses thereof

The present invention relates a mesenchymal stem cells isolation and expansion method comprising the steps of (i) isolating the mesenchymal stem cells from a sample of biological tissue, and (ii) exposing the mesenchymal stem cells to such conditions to allow the espansion of said mesenchymal cells, where the step (i) provides the use of a density gradient based on a sucrose polymer to isolate the cells from the tissue. The present invention further concerns the use of mesenchymal stem cells so obtained in clinical field for treating neurovegetative pathologies.
