A local radiation type cooling system is provided to prevent dew formation on a radiation panel and carry out dehumidification and radiation cooling simultaneously for treating latent heat loads. A local radiation type cooling system includes a compressor(110) for compressing evaporated refrigerant to emit the same as refrigerant gas of high temperature and high pressure. A condenser(120) removes condensation latent heat from the refrigerant gas to phase-convert the same into liquid refrigerant. An expansion valve(130) expands the liquid refrigerant into a low temperature and low pressure state. A radiation panel(150) is formed with a tubular way(151) inside, through which the liquid refrigerant of the low temperature and low pressure state passes through. The radiation panel has an evaporator for evaporating the liquid refrigerant while the liquid refrigerant passing through the tubular way, thereby removing environmental heat. A dehumidifying part(140) removes moisture in room air for preventing condensation of the radiation panel.
