A dryer having an insert type frame top is provided to reduce time and cost for installing the insert type frame top by accurately receiving the frame top body on a top portion of a side panel. In a dryer with an insert type frame top, a cabinet(50) is coupled to a front side of a base panel of the dryer. A door is installed on a front panel. A pair of side panels(52) are installed on both ends of the base panel. A rear surface panel(53) is installed on a rear side of the base panel. A top plate is installed on a top portion of the front panel. The top plate is coupled to the top portions of the side surface panel and the rear surface panel. The coupling structure of the insert type frame top is coupled to the top portion of the side surface panel and the rear surface panel. The coupling structure of the insert type frame top includes a body(56) connected to the top plate, a hanging hook(57) inserted into the side surface panel, a coupling hole unit(58) formed on the side surface panel, and a connection unit(59) installed between the body and the side surface panel and the rear surface panel.
