<p>The device has an electromagnet (1) for impacting a component (17) with an alternating electromagnetic field, where the electromagnet is attached on the surface of the component. The electromagnet, a detection coil (2) and a Hall Effect probe (3) are connected with analog/digital (A/D) channels (9) of an A/D and digital/analog (D/A) converter unit (6) via a multiplexer (14). The converter unit is connected to an external evaluation and control unit (5) by an electronic interface (4). An independent claim is also included for a method of non destructive testing of components.</p> |
