A plasma reactor for a DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) system and a particulate reduction apparatus using the same are provided to stably maintain flames using liquid fuel injected by plasma, in spite of composition or temperature change of exhaust gas. A plasma reactor for a DPF system includes a body(10), an electrode(20), and a liquid fuel injection apparatus(30). The body includes a reactor(11) and a base(12). The reactor has a cylindrical shape in which a discharge port is formed. The base supports the reactor. The electrode has a heat absorption chamber(21) and a nozzle(23). The heat absorption chamber and the nozzle are installed inside the reactor. The liquid fuel injection apparatus is installed on the base to inject liquid fuel into the heat absorption chamber of the electrode. The nozzle is formed at an upper part of the electrode to inject the liquid fuel to a mixed flame generated in a reaction chamber(16) of the reactor.
