<p>The panel is supported tiltably and is pre-stressed by a spring (38) in a lifted position. A proximity sensor (52) is arranged underneath the panel. A switching projection (68) e.g. metal-strip, is mounted at the underside of the panel in such a manner that the shifting projection actuates a switching operation through covering with the proximity sensor during a deviation of the panel downward against the force of the spring.</p>
