A sand paper attaching apparatus is provided to prevent the generation of bubbles at a predetermined portion between a sanding plate and a sand paper by pressing the sanding plate against the sand paper using a driving force of a driving unit. A sand paper attaching apparatus includes a first support unit(110) for supporting a sand paper against a first plane, a second support unit and a driving unit. The second support unit(130) is arranged opposite to the first support unit. The second support unit supports a sanding plate against a second plane. The driving unit(140) attaches the sand paper to the sanding plate by pressing the first and second support units against each other.
