<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frint and rear wheel drive including a boosting system suitable to 4WD vehicles. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 30 generates signals PWMU1, PWMI1, PWMU2, PWMI2, and outputs each of the generated signals PWMU1, PWMI1 to a boosting converter 12 and an inverter 14, and each of the generated signals PWMU2, PWMI2 to a boosting converter 22 and an inverter 24. The signal PWMU2 has a phase formed by reversing the phase of the signal PWMU1. Each of the boosting converters 12, 22 boosts a DC voltage from a battery B with the signals PWMU1, PWMU2 and supplies output voltages Vm1, Vm2 to the inverters 14, 24.
