A disk damper and an HDD(Hard Disk Drive) with the disk damper are provided to reduce vibration of an HSA(Head Stack Assembly) by suppressing flow disturbance of the air in a back flow area adjacent to a back section of the disk damper, thereby improving data processing speed of the HDD and reliability as well as PES(Position Error Signal) properties. A disk damper(150) consists of a front section(151) relatively far away from an HSA(130) and a back section(152) relatively near to the HSA(130). The disk damper(150) has the first flowing path for inducing an air flow caused by rotation of disks(110,112) to the back section(152) from the front section(151) through the inside, and the second flowing path for inducing the air flow to a circulation filter(140) disposed on an outer side of the disks(110,112) from the front section(151) through the inside.
