PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a tissue collector to be properly and selectively inserted into an arbitrary direction at a bronchi bifurcation area upon inserting the collector into a bronchium and to make the collector to be easily inserted into a body cavity of a patient, by forming an extended part on the tip end part of a cup and equipping a tapered part with an acute opening angle set between both side faces at the tip end part. SOLUTION: Since this tissue collector is equipped with an extended part 27 extended to an opening face 4b side of a cup 4a exceeding the peak position 26 at the tip end on the tip end curved face 25 on the tip end part of the cup 4a of a tissue collecting part 4, the collector can be properly and selectably inserted into a direction of either of bifurcation tubes on both sides of the bifurcation part upon inserting an inserting part 2 of this tissue collector even in a case the tip curved face 25 on the tip end of the cup 4a of the tissue collecting part 4 abuts on the bronchi bifurcation area. Further, since a taper part 28 is equipped on the tip end part of the cup 4a of the tissue collecting part 4 and the opening angle θbetween both side faces 19, 19 is set acute, the tip end part of the inserting part 2 can be easily inserted into a body cavity, for instance a bronchi, of a patient. |
