PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mounting area of a beam for preference which is longer in total required time so as to shorten finishing time of a printed board. SOLUTION: A CPU 21 judges whether arbitration control data is set or not while placement of components on the other beam is not completed, based on the content stored in RAM 22. Since setting is made on B beam 8B, it is subsequently judged whether a mounting area is unused or not. Since the mounting area is unused, its is judged whether A beam 8A obtains a mounting area or not. When the mounting area is not obtained, the judgment is repeated. Meanwhile, when it is judged whether arbitration control data is set or not while placement of components on the other beam is not completed, based on the content stored in the RAM 22, since setting is not made on A beam 8A, it is judged whether the mounting area is unused or not. Since the mounting area is unused, A beam 8A obtains a mounting area. |
