Each of the processing devices includes: communication load information acquisition means for acquiring communication load information on the communication load in each of the communication paths between the processing device and the other processing devices: communication load comparison means for comparing the communication load in each communication path: request information transmission means for transmitting request information indicating a request for transmitting predetermined data to one of the other processing devices having the data file connected via the communication path having a relatively small communication load according to the comparison result obtained by the communication load comparison means: and data reception means for receiving the data transmitted from the other processing device.
