The plant or a part thereof is treated with a phosphorescent paint, ink or dye designed to emit light in the dark. A flower or house plant, a branch of a tree, bush or shrub or an artificial plant or part thereof made from plastic, cotton, silk or another material is treated with a paint, ink or dye which emits light in the dark. The light emitting component comprises a phosphorescent pigment having the chemical formula SrAl2O4:Eu, Dy, a sulfide material, an alkaline rare earth metal compound, a compound based on metals such as calcium, strontium or barium, or any other phosphorescent pigment material. |
