Provided are an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin composition which is improved in impact strength and is remarkably enhanced in low gloss without deterioration of mechanical strength, and a plastic molded product prepared by using the composition. The acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin composition comprises 10-50 parts by weight of a graft acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene polymer; 50-90 parts by weight of heat resistant styrene-acrylonitrile; and 0.5-5 parts by weight of a crosslinked styrene-acrylonitrile. Preferably, the graft acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene polymer is obtained by copolymerizing 40-60 parts by weight of a polybutadiene rubber latex, 20-40 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound and 0.1-40 parts by weight of a vinyl cyano compound.
