An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve electrical reliability of the device by preventing variation of resistance of a metal line. A seal substrate(300) is arranged on a substrate(200). The seal substrate is arranged on the substrate, so that the seal substrate overlaps a portion of a pixel region and a non-pixel region. A laser or an IR(InfraRed) ray is irradiated along a frit(320), so that the frit is bonded with the substrate. When the laser or the IR ray is absorbed by the frit, heat is generated in the frit and the frit is melt and attached to the substrate. The laser is irradiated at the electrical power between 36 and 38 W. The laser is moved along the frit at a constant speed, so that a constant melting point and an attachment property are obtained. The moving speed of the laser or the IR ray is between 10 and 30 mm/sec. |
