A laser induced thermal imaging method and a method of manufacturing organic light emitting device are provided to enhance operation reliability of the device by removing particles or voids from an interface between a donor film and an acceptor substrate. An acceptor substrate is arranged on a substrate stage within a chamber. An electromagnet is formed on at least one surface of the acceptor substrate. A donor film is arranged on the other surface of the acceptor substrate. The donor film is laminated on the acceptor substrate. A laser beam is irradiated on the donor film, so that at least one portion of an imaging layer is transferred on the acceptor substrate. The donor film includes a base substrate(281), a magnetic layer, a photo-heat conversion layer(282), the imaging layer(284), and an intermediate layer(283). |
