A transfer apparatus is provided to distribute the point of application by installing an electromagnet capable of guiding a corresponding path from a branch portion at a side rail. A transfer apparatus includes a transfer track with a branch portion and a vehicle for moving along the transfer track. A first magnetic direction guiding portion(240) is installed at one side of the branch portion in order to guide the vehicle to a first direction. A second magnetic direction guiding portion is installed at the other side of the branch portion in order to guide the vehicle to a second direction. A pair of magnetically inductive guide plates(121) are installed at side portions of the vehicle corresponding to the first and second magnetic direction guiding portions in order to guide the vehicle at the branch portion. The first and second magnetic direction guiding portions include an electromagnet, respectively.
