A locking device of a circuit breaker for an apartment house is provided to enhance user convenience by enabling a user to determine a lock position of a switch knob by using a locking position selection ring. A hook container(32) is formed at a predetermined depth from an upper surface of a switch knob(30). A hook(22) of a key is contained in the hook container. An on-marking unit is formed on a barrel unit(42) of a switch housing(40). A hook insertion hole is formed to be parallel to a locking hole(36). An elastic hook unit(52) is formed at a lower end of a locking position selection ring, which is inserted between the barrel unit and the switch knob. A ring-like holding unit(46), which holds the elastic hook unit, is formed on an inner corner unit. A through-hole(54) is arranged between the locking hole and hook insertion holes. A transparent window(58) is formed on a flange(59), which is formed on an upper end of the locking position selection ring. The on-making unit and an off-marking unit are observed through the transparent window. A notch unit(34) for holding the hook unit of the key is formed on an upper end of the switch knob.
