A laundry dryer and a drying method using the same are provided to prevent the dryer from being overheating due to high temperature by using a shielding device and to deodorize a bad smell by mixing air with an aromatic. In a laundry drying frame, a laundry dryer comprises a hanging frame(115) including more than one injection nozzle facing down from the inside; and a combining member(120) connected with the hanging frame to supply the outside air; and a drying device(200) combined by the combining member and a supplying pipe(130) to supply the outside air; at least one height control frame moving the handing frame up and down; and a distributing member combined to the hanging frame to supply the outside air. The distributing member is composed of more than one distributing pipe, and an intake pipe. The drying device is composed of a power switch(211), an air injection unit, a timer(212), a selection switch(213), and a control unit.
