Disposable garment comprising meltblown nonwoven backsheet

A disposable garment includes a nonwoven backsheet formed by melt-blowing. The melt-blown nonwoven web has a basis weight of from about 3 g/m² to about 60 g/m² and an air permeability value of at least about 15 cm³/cm²/sec. The melt-blowing web is made by fine fibers having an average fiber diameter of from about 3 mum to about 10 mum.
