The proposed device for remotely controlling a personal computer by a telephone set with wireless connection of the handset is distinctive by that the output of the telephone set is connected to the microphone input of the audio card of the personal computer so that one of the pins of the output connector of the telephone set is connected to the common terminal (GND) of the audio card circuit, and the second pin is connected to the terminal for the ring signal (RING) and the terminal for the input signal (TIN) of the audio card. The software of the personal computer must provide a possibility to identify the digital code that is presented by the dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) signal at the input of the audio card by comparing the frequency spectrum of the said signal with the reference spectrum that is specified for the telephone set. |
