FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for filling liquids into transport reservoirs from stationary reservoirs. Proposed filling device has filling riser made of movable interconnected pipes with elbows and root flange with hermetic joints providing possibility of displacement of filler pipes with sealing cover carrying sealing element and emergency level warning device and fume outlet hose in any direction. Fume outlet hose is provided with protective cylinder of emergency level warning device installed on inner side of cover parallel to filler pipe, and fixing mechanism installed from outer side of cover. Sealing cover is made in form of disk with union fastening fume outlet hose and connected with disk for rotation relative to disk by means of rollers of cover ring with slots made on outer cylindrical surface of ring and providing mounting and fastening of sealing cover on neck of tanks of different type-sizes and fixing of cover on neck by attachment members of tank neck. ^ EFFECT: provision of sealing of tank neck of different type-sizes. ^ 4 dwg |
