FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: rotor mechanism comprises cylindrical stator with passages for supplying and discharging fluid, bearing plates provided with segments at their ends, rotor mounted on the shaft and provided with radial grooves that receive the plates, and working and exhaust spaces. The bearing plates are H-shaped and provided with transverse flat segments at their ends that define spaces from both side of the bearing plate.
