FIELD: mechanical engineering; running gears. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed vehicle running system has support frame forming round support for running belt which can rotate around axle, flexible running belt and running belt stretching unit containing one or more rollers to stretch running belt. System has one running arrangement in which flexible running belt is held on support frame forming essentially round wheel-like surface which can be changed into stretched state in which rollers come into engagement with belt stretching it from one above-indicated arrangement into stretched state to form one or more other running arrangements of system. ^ EFFECT: provision of running system suitable for various running means. ^ 8 cl, 30 dwg
