A mobile communication terminal having a cell-type battery is provided to enable a user to take out the cell-type battery by using force of separating a battery case from a terminal body, thus the cell-type battery can be easily removed without applying an additional force. A terminal body(110) is equipped with a battery receiver(112) on one side, and is mounted with a fixed groove(122) on one inner end of the battery receiver(112). A cell-type battery(120) supplies power to the terminal body(110) by being received to connect with a battery contact terminal(113) disposed in the battery receiver(112). A battery case(130) receives the battery(120) such as the battery receiver(112), and is composed of a fixed projection(132) detachably inserted into the fixed groove(122) of the body(110) and a hook(133) formed to hook the battery(120) when the battery(120) is separated from the receiver(112) through sliding motion.
