FIELD: medicine; traumatic surgery; orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: distraction device has distraction rods provided with nuts, mounted for fixation in support members. Support bases are provided with support members; the bases are mounted onto patient's body. Proximal support base is made in form of rigid bandage and it is fixed onto body to keep integrity of skin cover; it is mounted above hip-pelvic area. Distal support base is made in form of external support provided with aids for fixation at area of knee joint, for example, by means of members mounted through bones. Cutting and introduction of infection in soft tissues before beginning of mounting of prosthetic appliance is provided. ^ EFFECT: reduced traumatism at operation. ^ 7 cl, 4 dwg |
